What a trip! This is our first big family vacation. My dad & his girlfriend Amelia decide they want to get married in Nicaragua. Well, that meant vacation time!! I have managed to condense my 900 pictures down to only 60 pics - wow that was tough for me!! It was so exciting for the girls too because it was Alani & Savanah's very first time on a plane. Kayla had been on one, but she was too little to remember. So technically, this is her first time too. We had lots of fun at the all-inclusive resort we stayed at for the wedding. The hotel was Barcelo Hotel in Montelimar. There were pools, kids clubs, miniature golf, a zoo, beach fun like boogie boards, kayaking, bicycles (all included), shows every night, casino, club - the works! We also got to tour a little of Nicaragua. We went to Granada to eat Vigoron & go Horse back riding. We went shopping at Masaya. We also went to a beautiful lookout point called Mirador Catarina. Lastly we saw a live volcano called Volcan Masaya. We stayed at my Tia Gloria's house, so thanks to her & her family. We had a fantastic time, unfortunately it couldn't be longer, but we made the most of the time that we had.
